Sai Baba’s Protection From Scams And Fraud

I would like to share my recent experience of Baba’s miracle and how Baba saved me from a scam. I have just moved to a new flat in the UK. We wanted to buy a sofa for the new flat. Usually, we buy cheaper furniture (secondhand) on Facebook’s marketplace site. I got an offer for a 3-seater second-hand sofa along with delivery for £35. It seemed very cheap and reasonable to me, so I accepted the offer.

It was a Thursday evening, and I had just finished reading the chapters as part of Mahaparayan. The seller arrived to deliver the sofa. I was very happy upon seeing the sofa. The seller himself came with his friend, so we didn’t have to carry the sofa up to our flat on the second floor. However, when they reached our flat, they realized the sofa was too big to fit through the door. They left the sofa in front of our flat and asked us to take it inside as they needed to leave urgently.

We refused to accept it because it wouldn’t fit into our flat. We paid them £10 for their efforts to deliver it and asked them to take the sofa back. They agreed and took the sofa from the flat entrance. Sometime later, when my son went out, he saw that they had left the sofa in the corridor of the flats. I tried to call them, but they had blocked both my phone and the Facebook Messenger conversation where we had chatted about the purchase.

Leaving furniture in a flat’s common area is illegal in the UK. To dispose of furniture can cost between £50 to £80. I prayed to Baba and asked for His help regarding the way we were cheated by this scam. The next day, we saw a critical post about the sofa from one of our neighbors on the Facebook page of our flats. I sought Baba’s help, and my husband and some of his friends tried again to bring the sofa into our flat. Miraculously, by Baba’s grace, it was possible to get the sofa into our flat.

Not only did Baba save us from trouble and from ending up spending money on an unused sofa, but we also got the sofa we desired.

Thanks a lot to Baba ji. He always helps His devotees and stands by fairness.

Baba, I really love You a lot! Everything I have and everything I do is because of Your kindness and mercy. I am forever indebted to You 🙏. I have been in a phase of life for a while where I am tested on my relationship skills. Sometimes I feel anything I do or don’t do is causing misunderstandings and strains on my friendships. Recently a friend invited us for a small gathering and I called to tell her we couldn’t make it since we had to go somewhere. The friend seemed to be fine with it and we chatted a bit and then hung up. Later I texted back on the group chat stating the same that we could not make it. She did not react or reply to that message. Hence my husband started questioning me that I might have said something that she may not have liked. He then started telling me why people do not acknowledge your text and that some things are wrong. I was feeling very sad since really without doing anything intentionally I seem to be accused of upsetting a friend. When my husband is mad he will not talk to me for a couple of days. So I prayed to Baba that please handle this situation for me and I will surely submit my experience in this blog. And promised to start Sai Vrat. Surprisingly my husband had calmed down that evening itself and we started talking like normal. In a couple of days, the friend sent a reminder for the gathering on the group chat and mentioned that she would really miss us and we should meet up soon!
