I work in a pharmaceutical company where adhering to certain guidelines is crucial. In our field, instrument data holds a very important place. The data should always be intact and available. A situation occurred where my involvement was required. There is one instrument with very limited storage memory that becomes full in four days. If the data is not archived every fourth day, no more readings will be recorded on the instrument.
Last week, on Thursday afternoon, the instrument began recording data, and I was supposed to archive the data on Saturday. However, due to other activities, I completely forgot to do so. On Sunday, while at home on holiday, I remembered that I had not archived the data and immediately prayed to Baba that the instrument should work for one more day. On Sundays, a few people go to the office, so I called my colleague and asked them to check the storage. They found 8% storage space available. I prayed to Baba and placed my trust in Him.

The next day, Monday, when I went to the office and checked the instrument, I found that data recording had stopped at 5:30 AM. I immediately archived the data, and the instrument resumed recording at 9:15 AM. However, there was no data recorded from 5:30 to 9:15 AM, which meant there was a deviation. I prayed to Baba for a solution so that it would not result in a deviation. The person responsible for handling the instrument said that we would write a comment and close the issue instead of marking it as a deviation. Baba, I am unsure if this has been resolved or not. Yesterday, after five days, someone identified this issue and will present it to the HOD. Baba, please bless me so that it does not result in a deviation. I pray wholeheartedly that the HOD will take this lightly and not criticise any of us. I trust in Your mercy and hope that this issue will be resolved without any negative consequences.
My second experience is about training on SOP. We have two biometric devices for punching in before and after training, and we should punch on the same device both times. I conducted a training session for ten people, including four HODs from different departments. After completing the training, I accidentally punched on the wrong biometric device, and only after realising the mistake did I punch on the correct device. I was uncertain about what would appear in the report because I had made three punches, and as the trainer, this could have affected my image. I prayed to Baba wholeheartedly to delete my wrong punch and ensure the report appeared normal without failures.
Today, when I checked the training report, it was correct. All HODs passed, and my error was removed by Baba. Without Baba’s blessings, I would have faced harsh words from all the HODs.
