How To Perform Diya Pooja For Shirdi Sai Baba

I have shared many experiences here and am still waiting for a few to be published. This is another Satcharithra of mine, which boosts me when I’m going through something.

I made a wish and successfully completed my 5-day diya pooja. I am waiting with full faith and patience for Baba to fulfill it soon. I wanted to share with you all the steps to diya pooja.

Here are the steps to perform the pooja:

• The pooja must be performed for 5 consecutive days, and any 5 days can be chosen. However, Thursday is preferred.
• The pooja should be performed at the same time every day, either in the morning or evening.
• Light 5 diyas in front of Baba, and the material of the diya does not matter. Baba only sees the bhav.
• Offer one flower at Baba’s holy feet.
• Offer one fruit as prasad to Baba.
• During the pooja, recite or chant 108 names of Baba, using any mantra that you prefer, such as “Sai Sai Sai.”
• After completing the chanting, sing the Sai Baba Aarti and pray wholeheartedly.
• Finally, after the completion of the pooja, share it with 5 people.

Remember to perform the pooja with full devotion sincerity, and trust in Baba’s blessings.
