In 2008, Hetal Patil, the founder of this blog, felt a divine spark ignite within her. At that time, she was deeply immersed in translating the sacred stories of Sai Baba from the book Sai Sarovar, from Gujarati to English. Each story she translated brought her closer to Sai Baba’s teachings and His divine presence. The joy she felt from translating these stories deepened her connection with Him, and she found herself not only captivated by His miracles but also compelled to share them with a wider audience.
But what began as a personal endeavor soon took on a divine life of its own. As Hetal shared her translations in Yahoo groups, devotees began reaching out, not just to express gratitude, but to share their own miraculous experiences. They spoke of Sai Baba’s love, His divine interventions, and the many times He had answered their prayers. Some devotees promised that if their prayers were answered, they would share their stories on the blog. As their stories poured in, Hetal realized that these personal accounts were not just testimonies—they were sacred blessings meant to inspire others and to reaffirm the power of Sai Baba’s grace.

Sai Baba Answers was born out of this divine guidance. Initially, it started as a space for Hetal’s translations, but quickly evolved into a platform for devotees to share their personal miracles. Over time, the blog has grown into a treasure trove of stories, with each submission reinforcing the idea that Sai Baba is always present, guiding and protecting His devotees.
Our purpose is simple: To preserve the stories of Sai Baba’s miracles and blessings, and to share these with a wider audience to inspire and strengthen the faith of every reader. This practice continued for over 13 years, with Hetal posting six new stories at a time, one after the other. This growth was not just in terms of content but in the reach of the blog. What had started as a small project in Hetal’s home soon reached devotees across the globe. The blog became known far and wide, and Hetal was referred to as the “Modern Hemadpanth”—a title that reflected her role in preserving and sharing Sai Baba’s miracles for future generations. The blog became affectionately known as the “Modern Sai Satacharitra,” an homage to the sacred Sai Satacharitra written by Hemadpant, a revered devotee of Sai Baba.

As the blog continued to grow, Hetal realized that it was time to begin a new chapter. The original blog had become a vast collection of stories, spanning over a decade, with countless miracles documented. Hetal knew that the mission she had started needed a new home—one that would preserve the legacy of Sai Baba’s miracles for future generations.
In response to this, Shirdi Sai Baba Answers was born. This new blog would carry forward the mission Hetal had started, ensuring that Sai Baba’s miracles and blessings would continue to reach devotees around the world. The transition to a new platform also allowed for a more organized and accessible experience, making it easier for readers to explore and find inspiration from the stories that had been shared over the years.
Through the growth of this new blog, Hetal feels an immense sense of gratitude and awe. She knows that every story shared is a reflection of Sai Baba’s love and grace. As the pioneer of this sacred space, Hetal feels blessed to have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the miracles that Sai Baba continues to perform in the lives of His devotees.
