Last week, I received an e-mail informing me that I might be called for jury duty. It instructed me to call the day before the jury duty date to find out if I needed to attend. I called a day before and, although I hoped I wouldn’t be called, I was. I was very nervous and didn’t want to go, but since I was summoned, I left it to Baba and began preparing to go. My son mentioned that even if I went, there was a chance I might be sent back because they often need only a few people for jury duty. This gave me some relief. I prayed to Baba that I wouldn’t be selected and would be sent back home.

On the day of duty, I went to the court, signed in, and sat in the waiting room. An agent came and explained the process, saying they would let us know soon. Meanwhile, I kept praying to Baba that they would send me home. We watched two movies, and then an authority figure came and said we could go home. Yes, Baba answered my prayers. Thank you, Baba. _/\_
