This is by far the most miraculous experience I’ve ever had, especially considering the difficult situation my family and I went through just before it happened.
In mid-October, my father suddenly developed severe pain in the back of his neck, which restricted his neck’s movement and prevented him from sleeping for days. The pain eventually spread to one of his arms, causing a pins-and-needles sensation. An MRI revealed a spinal cord issue that required immediate surgery. My father tried various alternative remedies like homeopathy, herbal supplements, and Siddha healing to avoid surgery, but nothing helped. The neurosurgeon warned that further delays could lead to paralysis, making surgery unavoidable.
We were all extremely anxious as the surgery had to happen immediately. My father was admitted to the hospital, and throughout this stressful time, Baba Sai Nath kept sending me strong positive signs through unexpected appearances and relevant Instagram posts. This gave me the confidence that the surgery would be successful.
The day of the surgery was incredibly tense. The operation was critical and lasted nearly 11 hours. To our shock, my father was immediately shifted to the ICU and put on a ventilator, which caused my mother to break down in tears. Despite everything, I stayed strong, fully believing that Baba would take care of us. Late that night, around 1 AM, my mother asked me to check on my father in the ICU. I was nervous since I hate being in such environments, but I kept praying to Baba as I approached his bed. When I called his name, he responded. That was Baba’s first miracle.

The next morning, I convinced my hesitant mother to visit the Sai temple for a special Diwali puja. While she participated in the ceremony of the reading of the Shri Sai Stavan Manjari for 11 times, I received a call from my brother: my father was off the ventilator, sitting up, and talking to the doctor. I couldn’t contain my joy and immediately shared the news with my mother. This was Baba’s second miracle.
When we returned to the hospital, my father was shifted from the ICU to a regular room. This felt like Baba’s Diwali gift to our family. That night, I lit an earthen lamp in the hospital room as a symbol of victory over darkness. Although my father’s condition fluctuated over the next few days, dealing with high blood pressure, vomiting, and shivering, I remained confident that Baba was testing our faith. His presence was felt throughout, and my father gradually began to recover. Now, he is back home, slowly healing, with his pain reducing day by day.
During this time, Baba also guided my mother and me through Instagram posts, reminding us of some past mistakes and incomplete tasks. I sincerely acknowledge and apologize to Baba Sai Nath for everything.
